Since 21st of December 2007 Poland is a part of a Schengen area. It means that there is no more border crossing points on the Polish-Slovak border. You can cross in generaly wherever you want if it is not against the other roles i.e. like national park regulations. Only vehicles up to 7,5 t alloved, except buses.
In Jurgów there was an border crossing point Jurgów-Podspady. From 1st of February 2005 it was a normal border crossing point opened 24h. To cross the border valid passport or ID was required.
